Margolis
An intimate cocktail lounge. Low light, plants, vintage furniture and a bar that builds every drink by hand.
Margolis, The Patio and Fabrika are three very different rooms a few blocks apart in Fishtown, run by the same team. Here they are side by side — size, cost, hours, and what each one actually feels like — so you can tell which one your night belongs in.
Margolis if it’s intimate and conversational. The Patio if it’s daytime and you want to be outside. Fabrika if it’s big or needs production — it runs 10 AM to 2 AM, so brunch counts too. All three run the same bar models, the same gratuity, and the same food & beverage packages — what changes is the size of the room and the minimum.
An intimate cocktail lounge. Low light, plants, vintage furniture and a bar that builds every drink by hand.
An open-air bar next to Fabrika. Hanging greenery, rattan lanterns, and sky overhead.
The big room, and the only one that runs all day. Brunch through late night, with a balcony, three bars and a real light and sound rig.
The numbers that usually decide it. Bar minimums are met by what your guests spend at the bar — you only pay a difference if the room spends less than the minimum.
