Event timing. Friday and Saturday late-night events run 10:00 PM–2:00 AM. Fabrika hosts an earlier evening performance on these nights; between 9:00 and 10:00 PM the team performs a full room reset — dinner seating out, VIP tables set, bar and service stations prepped, stage and lighting finalized. Plan your arrival and setup accordingly.
Food. Late-night events can offer VIP table menu options and concession-style service. Food offerings must be confirmed before contract issuance so the kitchen can schedule staffing and prep.
Equipment. Fabrika runs a full house audio, lighting, and video rig — a Midas digital mixer and stage box, a 20+ speaker line array with subs on both levels, moving-head and wash lighting, dual 6,000-lumen projectors, and stage/chandelier/aerial hoists. DJ equipment is bring-your-own: your controller or mixer must have XLR outputs to connect to the house system, and if more than one DJ is performing, your setup needs multiple MIDI inputs so transitions between DJs are seamless, with no dead air. The technical team will assist with integration.
Promotion. No event promotion may begin until the contract is fully executed — no social posts, ticket sales, listings, or collaborations with Fabrika’s accounts before then.
Confirmation. Food and beverage services are finalized before contract issuance. Final details, timing, and logistics are outlined in the official agreement Fabrika issues after this intake form is submitted.

What's the deal structure?
You keep 100% of door and ticket revenue and pay your own talent. Fabrika keeps food and beverage revenue and pays commission once your bar sales cross the thresholds — 5% after $10,000, 10% after $15,000, 20% after $20,000, the same every day. See the tiers above.
Can I promote my event before it's booked?
No — no promotion of any kind (social posts, ticket sales, listings, or collaborations with Fabrika’s accounts) until the contract is fully executed.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Your own DJ controller or mixer, laptop, adapters, and specialty gear — DJ equipment is bring-your-own. Your setup needs XLR outputs to connect to Fabrika's house sound system, and if more than one DJ is performing, multiple MIDI inputs so you can transition between DJs seamlessly, with no dead air. What if I have to cancel my event?
Tell us as early as you can and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours of the date there is a kill fee of half your F&B minimum — $2,500 Sunday–Thursday, $3,500 Friday, $4,500 Saturday. That is the staff, not a penalty: bartenders, door and security are already scheduled for your night by then, and they are paid whether or not it goes ahead. The fee comes out of any payout owed to you, and is otherwise invoiced and payable within 14 days.
What happens after I submit my inquiry?
Fabrika issues an official agreement with final details, timing, and logistics. Your date isn't confirmed until the contract is executed.
