Private events

Buy out the room for your event.

Up to about 150 guests standing. Choose from four ways to run the bar — not sure, tell us on the form and we’ll help you pick.

Bar minimum

$2,000 minimum Sunday–Thursday, $3,000 Friday & Saturday. Guest purchases count toward it; spend less, the host covers the difference.

Open bar

$20 per person, per hour, $2,000 minimum — the host covers all beverages during the agreed service period, full bar or a curated selection. You can also do a hybrid: open bar for part of the night, then it switches to cash bar for the rest.

Consumption tab

$2,000 minimum. A card goes on file with a spending limit; drinks charge to the tab until the limit is reached, then guests buy their own.

Cash bar

$2,000 minimum. Guests buy their own drinks all night — nothing else charged to the host beyond the minimum.

Bar & booking
How does the bar work?

Choose from four models: bar minimum ($2,000 minimum Sunday–Thursday, $3,000 Friday & Saturday — guest purchases count toward it, you cover any shortfall), open bar ($20 per person per hour, $2,000 minimum, you cover all beverages for the agreed period), consumption tab ($2,000 minimum, a card on file with a spending cap, guests buy their own after it's reached), or cash bar ($2,000 minimum, guests buy their own all night, nothing else charged to you). You can also do a hybrid — open bar for part of the night, then switch to cash bar for the rest.

How do I secure my booking?

By card authorization on file, a deposit by invoice, or a deposit by Zelle — whichever works best, we'll walk you through it. The remaining balance is due on the date of the event.

Cancellation & fees
What's the cancellation policy?

More than 14 days before the event: full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Within 14 days: the deposit is forfeited and 50% of the estimated total event cost is owed. Within 5 days: the full estimated total event cost is owed.

Are there other fees I should know about?

A $300 cleaning fee applies for excessive or unwarranted damage, spills, or mess beyond normal use. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue — a $300 smoking fee applies if evidence of smoking is found. Any damage to the venue, including furniture or sound equipment, carries a minimum damage fee of $1,500. All fees are due immediately and may be charged to the card on file.

Logistics
When are final guest count and bar selections due?

No later than 10 days before the event date.

Can I use outside catering or bring my own DJ equipment?

Outside catering requires advance approval and may need additional fees, licensing, insurance, or documentation — outside alcohol is never permitted. Bringing your own DJ equipment is fine; the house setup is also available if you'd rather use it.

What happens after I submit my inquiry?

Jubyr LLC reviews your submission and verifies availability and applicable terms. You'll receive written acceptance or follow-up questions — your date isn't confirmed until written acceptance is issued. Once accepted, your booking and the policies you acknowledged become binding.
